Billed as the Southwest’s ‘premier luxury retail’ stop, Downtown Scottsdale Fashion Square is THE Scottsdale mecca for fashion trends, entertainment, dining and much more! Here are tips for your ultimate shopping experience, plus a little history.
Fashion Square Hours, Map, Concierge and Parking
Mall Hours
In general, Fashion Square’s mall hours are Monday — Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 11 AM — 6 PM. Please check the interactive map below to easily find specific store, restaurant and other venue hours. Check mall hours during holidays for extended hours and days the mall may be closed.
Mall Walking Hours
Fashion Square opens at 8 AM daily for mall walkers and window shoppers. It’s a snazzy way to get your steps in — and dodge the desert heat, winter chill and crowds. Window shop, enjoy the artsy bling and see what’s new. Dogs on leashes, in strollers and in backpacks are permitted.
Interactive Map
With over 240 stores in Scottsdale Fashion Square, it’s easy to get disoriented. If you have a store in mind to visit, and don’t want to walk too far, it might be a good idea to get the lay of the land ahead of time.
Here’s an excellent interactive map of the 3 mall levels. Select the level of interest — Lower Level, Level 1 or Level 2 — and click on each store to get hours and store links. Enlarge the maps for better visibility.
You’ll also find directories inside the mall to get your bearings — and find your stores, the Food Court and the nearest restrooms.

Concierge Valet Services
To make your visit easier, you can get help out to your vehicle with packages. And, you can rent a wheelchair or a scooter. Plus, you can make restaurant reservations. Store your luggage and get transportation assistance. Many other services are available, including valet parking.
Parking
Here’s a Parking Map with streets, and the interactive map — both showing the mall’s parking lots. There are several Valet Parking stations throughout the mall. Scroll down the Services page to see the options, hours and how it works.
If you visit Fashion Square on the weekends, the cooler season, or holidays, parking is challenging. It’s possible you won’t find a space on your own, which is frustrating.
I recommend visiting during the week if you can — and I’ve created a post for you on getting around the Downtown area without the hassle.
Scottsdale Fashion Square History
Fashion Square first appeared on the fashion scene in 1961 as an open-air mall — and it’s had many makeovers since. Today we’re celebrating it’s 60th Diamond in the Desert anniversary! It’s the biggest and best shopping, eating, people watching and entertainment destination around.

Scottsdale Fashion Square Today
With ongoing renovations to attract and wow guests from near and far, Fashion Square keeps getting more spectacular. Now with 240+ stores, eateries and entertainment venues, here’s a sampling of its shiny new stars, plus a directory of all your favorites.
The latest in luxe retail shopping is the newly debuted Elevated Luxury Wing. What I only used to see in fashion magazines has stepped out of the pages and into Scottsdale Fashion Square:
Prada, Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton. Dior, Saint Laurent, Carolina Herrera. Versace, and other haute couturiers, with shoes and accessories, parade down its runway.
Seeing people queue in line outside of these stores is a sight in itself!
There are tech stores like the upscaled 2-story flagship Apple store, Tesla, Lucid Motors, Peloton and others.
Your favorite anchor stores are here too, like Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dillard’s and Neiman Marcus.
Bring your thirsts and appetites to the Food Court or high-end eateries like Francine, Ocean 44, Nobu, and Toca Madera.
Art & Movies — Wonderspaces and Harkins
Wonderspaces calls itself ‘A new home for extraordinary art.’ It partners with global artists to bring inventive artwork to mall goers.
At Fashion Square, it holds 16,000 square feet of gallery space — and, displays a revolving roster of art installations. The idea is to bring people together in a creatively accessible space — and enjoy an immersive art experience in a 90-minute show.
Shows are ticketed and annual memberships are available. And, it’s ADA accessible!
The reimagined movie theater in Fashion Square’s east wing has arrived! It’s a posh movie house, now hosting 14 theatres. Blending a vintage theatre vibe with trendy tech-art projects a special effect. The Vérité Lounge in-lobby bar and lounge, spotlighting an outdoor rooftop terrace is just the ticket.
