North Scottsdale Communities
This land began as cattle ranches in the 1900’s. During the 1980’s and 1990’s, it morphed into spectacular master-planned communities featuring golf and other sports and activities. Meandering from North to South are:
- Desert Mountain, Mirabel, Legend Trail, Troon North, & Estancia
- The Boulders, Terravita, & Whisper Rock
- Desert Highlands, Pinnacle Peak (Estates, Shadows, Heights), DC Ranch, Grayhawk, McDowell Mountain Ranch
- Desert Ridge
There are also horse properties and homes with acreage for those seeking a more private and quiet desert existence, outside of a developed community.
