- During the 1950’s, when home construction began here, 55 homes were built, followed by 552 homes in the 1960s. The proliferation of building occurred in the 1970s, with 5.2K; the 1980s with 5.5K and the 1990s with 3.5K homes built; and finally with 82 homes built in the 2010s.
- Multi-family home construction began in the 1980s, with 1.8K units built; the 1990s with 2.5K built; the 2000s with 1.2K built and 773 units built in the 2010s.
- As of 2019, 87% of homes were owned by AZ investors.

- During the 1960’s, when home construction began here, 147 homes were built, with the majority of single family construction units of 8,800 built in the 80s and 90s.
- Multi-family home construction began in the 80s, with 1.1K units built, jumping to 6K units built in the 90s, totaling 9,800 as of 2019.
- As of 2019, 78% of homes were owned by AZ investors.
