In our HOT summers, stay cool in Scottsdale’s Public Pools! Scottsdale boasts 4 Aquatic Centers and 2 Water Parks — there’s no better way to cool off, get a great workout or have a splashing fun play date!
There are lifeguards for summer safety. And, there are summer events like night swims, dive-in movies and safety luaus!
You can get Memberships and Passes for a combo of aquatics and fitness — or just aquatics or fitness only. Your choice.
You can also sign up for seasonal classes and activities at these facilities.
Here’s everything you need to start your swim and fitness routines — how to register, get passes, and sign up for classes.
Scottsdale’s Aquatic Centers, Pools and Water Parks
The Aquatic Centers’ pools are heated during our cooler months. You can sign up for memberships and passes to participate in Lap Swimming, aka ‘Lap Swim.’
There are also Youth Swim Lessons for all ages, from Sea Babies (from 6 months old) to Sharks (6 + years old). And, Adult Swim Lessons and Adult Specialty Classes, like Shallow Water Exercise, and Tone and Tai Chi water exercises.
NOTE: Youth Swim Lessons, Adult Swim Lessons and Water Exercise are offered seasonally through Scottsdale Recreation Classes/Activities. You’ll sign up for them through a different area in your Registration Sign Up/In. Once you Register/Sign In, select Activities and Registration.
Read this post for instructions. It’s a little tricky and different from getting a Membership/Pass for swimming [and/or fitness center].

You can obtain memberships and passes to participate in the combination of Lap Swimming, aka ‘Lap Swim’ and Fitness Centers at facilities offering one or both activities.
Or, you can opt for membership/passes in either swimming or fitness, if you only ‘do’ one or the other activity.
